Multiple servers, for scalability/availability

Setup multiple TCP relay boxes
Assign different reserved prefix, advertise all of them

Present different fake address by DNS round-robin or alike
Once TCP is established we don't change address pair

When B6/Y4 goes down, connections through D6/Z4 will be okay
