1999/12/26: mail server upgrade

Memorandums on mail/web server upgrade, due to Y2K issues.

Changes:

Move primary IDE to secondary IDE
Install new primary IDE (25G, IBM-DJNA-352500)
Remove Konica QScan as there's no NetBSD driver for it (may try COMPAT_FREEBSD later, but not in high priority)
Shutdown ginger.itojun.org, our old web server - thanks! (SS IPX, NetBSD/sparc 1.3.3)
Remove 9G SCSI external from ginger.itojun.org, connect it
Install NetBSD 1.4.2_ALPHA onto new primary IDE
move bits around

Twists:

there's no pkgsrc for mailagent nor distribute -> made them
can't build canna without X11, no X11 for 1.4.2_ALPHA -> pending
can't automatically mount big-endian UFS with FFS_EI
- I hoped to reuse 9G SCSI external taken from ginger.itojun.org as is, but FFS_EI did not allow me to mount it automatically
- backup, reformat, then restore
boca 16port configuration twists, documented in boca(4) but not in kernel config -> improved on netbsd-current
tons of config file changes, fixes and others
panic due to duplicated free within vfs under heavy load -> need investigation
freebsd and netbsd disagrees about ufs parameter on disklabel -> need investigation
